1997   - Mr. Piya Chindapradist, Mr. Pisit Kriengwatanasiri, and Mr. Pat Sadavongvivad formed a company called A.P. Parking to provide parking management service


1998   - Smart Traffic was formed as a system integrator to provide technology solution for A.P. Parking with Assumption University as the first customer


1999   - Smart Traffic was awarded a contract to provide 56 lanes and 5 plazas manual toll collection system on Express Highway no.7 and no.9 for the Department of Highway working as a sub-contractor


2001   - Established Highway Maintenance and Services Company Limited (Highway M&S) to focus on providing maintenance services for various projects and businesses


          - Highway M&S was awarded maintenance contract of manual toll collection system on Express Highway no.7 and no.9 from the Department of Highway


          - Partner with AsiaPark and operate Parking Management Business under AsiaPark brand


          - Operate official BTS sky train Park and Ride parking lot under AsiaPark brand


2002   - Awarded a contract from Department of Highway  for maintenance of Plaza Toll System on Express Highway no. 7 and no. 9


2003   - Awarded contract from Department of Highway for Traffic Control and Toll Surveillance System on Express Highway no.7 and no.9


2004   - Provide parking system to Central Ladprao department store as the first site for the CPN group. This later kicked off major growth in our parking business winning over 80% market share of department store parking system in Bangkok


2005   - Provide Thai National ID Reader and Fingerprint Match on Card System (36,000 readers and 64,000,000 License of Fingerprint Match-on-card Applets) to the Thailand ICT Ministry


          - Provide Backbone and Central Control Building installation with Toll Collection and Monitoring Systems and Equipments


2006   - Piloting prepaid cash card system for the Major Cineplex group at 2 major cinemas, the Paragon Cineplex and the Esplanade Cineplex. The success of the project results in the country-wide roll out of the all Major Cineplex branches


2007   - Provide parking management system and management services for all Major Cineplex branches in Bangkok


2008   - Awarded contract to provide Electronic Toll Collection System (ETC) for the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) under a joint venture named FKS Joint Venture


          - Together with HopeTech Bernhard Malaysia established HopeTech (Thailand) Companu Limited to handle all software implementation for the ETC project


2009   - Awarded contract to provide Toll Collection System for the Buraphawithee expressway (Bangna to Cholburi) for the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) under a joint venture named FKS Joint Venture. The project includes both manual and electronic toll collection as well as automatic ticket dispenser (ATD).


          - Awarded contract from Airport Authority of Thailand (AOT) to manage passenger trolley at Suwanabhumi airport. This contract was awarded to newly established subsidiary, AP Management
